How to Track Your Order

You can track your order directly from the shipping confirmation email we sent—just click the tracking link to open the carrier’s tracking page. If you don’t see the email, check your junk/spam folder or any filtered inbox tabs. The tracking page will show current scan events, the latest location, and the most up-to-date estimated delivery date.

You can also track your order from your account. Log in, go to My Orders, and select the relevant order to view the live tracking link and shipment details. From there, you’ll see real-time status updates and any available delivery options (such as rescheduling or pickup, where supported).
